Job Description

  • Manage strategic planning assigned by the CPMO and Top Management. 
  • Synchronize all Project related reports from the start, including planning, gathering information and resources, project execution tracking and resolving, maintenance to a formalized project closure with proper documentation.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Manage multiple teams and assign work activities, including research, analysis, development, and testing of designs, issue resolutions, status reporting, implementation, documentation, training, etc. 
  • Coordinate with project teams to have a check on the regular deliveries of the assigned projects. 
  • Execute quality checks on the assigned projects by taking regular updates on the reports, project analysis, presentations. 
  • Evaluate all the Project's progressions and suggest or recommend improvements to make the work efficient. 
  • Strong planning, organization, and customer-focused leadership skills are a must to ensure minimal negligence. 
  • Assist and coordinate with the team in discussing project development, costing, benefits, adjusting timing, and reducing financial risk impact. 
  • Responsible for overall sprint or iteration outcome, update sprint tracker with accurate information to identify the risk and issues proactively at the sprint level. 
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records.
  • Help out in managing customer demands to ensure maximum satisfaction, and to maintain quality over quantity. Ensure deadlines at any cost.
  • Carry out other technical related duties that may be required along with training and mentoring the technical Team.
  • Motivate team towards technical and other various documentations and ensure that the industry standard documentation is maintained and available at any point of time.
  • Take necessary measures to avoid centralization of knowledge. There should not be any dependency in the project on anybody.
  • Regular supervision and monitoring, motivate team members to increase efficiency and create suitable working environment in a team.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree
  • Experience on project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices would be an advantage 
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively 
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle 
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful 
  • Team Management and Leadership skills 
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction 
  • Professionalism with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly languages. 
  • Ability to manage and influence virtual teams.
